Door: Fabricated of high impact translucent plastic to give a constant paper level check. Each cabinet is secured with a special keyed lock.

Mechanism: Internal mechanism is fabricated of high impact plastic. Manual side rotating knob with finger grips allow maintenance dept. to manually start paper being dispensed. Once the paper has been started, one hand operation to pull paper out allowing concealed roller to create a perforation. This will allow the operator to tear the paper off with little force. When paper is torn, a starter piece will be partially exposed for the next towel to be dispensed without having to touch a lever, handle or button.
